Cooking Instructions for Greenmeat curry cuts / chunks:
Tear open inner pouch on top, gently press the pouch from both sides together to separate the pieces and transfer to a bowl.
Step 1: Marinate The Greenmeat curry cuts for 30 minutes, according to the recipe
Step 2 (Optional): Shallow fry Greenmeat for 1 – 2 minutes.
Step 3: Prepare gravy according to your recipe. And finally add Greenmeat pieces to the gravy, mix and cook for around 2 minutes.

If you are a vegetarian and looking for some delicious protein based meat like product, this is the product for you. Even non–vegetarians can also use it as this is unlike chicken, free from hormones and antibiotics. I used one pack. I highly recommend it and intend using it again.
